HRSA#
Overview#
The HRSA Game is an interactive learning experience designed for medical preceptors to learn about motivational interviewing while working with underserved communities. Players interact with virtual avatars, ask questions, and learn how to elicit the best positive change in people’s lives from diverse backgrounds.

Contributions#
- Implemented key components of the game, including the player controller and interactions, audio controller, gameplay event system, dialogue system, scene management, character data management, lip sync, emotion system, player avatar configuration, and User Interface (UI) such as Gameplay User Interface and Game HUDs.
- Created Editor Utilities to facilitate the export of configuration data from the game to the supporting HRSA CCT (Content Creation Tool) application, enabling the configuration functionality of the tool.
- Developed a custom DLC (Downloadable Content) system using the HRSA Content Creation Tool, enabling the integration of additional content and expansions into the game.
- Collaborated with artists, designers, and programmers to integrate all the developed systems for an immersive gameplay experience.
- Leveraged Inkle’s Ink language integration to implement the narrative flow, providing dynamic and interactive elements for discussion and feedback for the player’s actions within the HRSA Game.
